Process Safety Management: Incident Learning & Response, and Participation & Management

The upcoming CPD-accredited webinar, “Process Safety Management: Incident Learning & Response, and Participation & Management”, is accredited by professional organizations in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering. This event is proudly presented by Samahan sa Pilipinas ng mga Industriyang Kimika (SPIK), Pollution Control Association of the Philippines, Inc. (PCAPI), and Saltegra Consulting LLC.
This is the third installment of the four-part PSM Webinar Series, focusing on five critical elements: Employee Participation, Incident Investigation, Emergency Planning and Response, Compliance Audits, and Trade Secrets. These components play a key role in identifying and mitigating process-related risks, helping organizations implement proactive safety measures before incidents occur.
Participants will learn how to strengthen employee engagement in safety programs, conduct effective incident investigations, develop and implement emergency response plans, perform thorough compliance audits, and manage trade secrets without compromising safety. Practical insights and examples will illustrate how these elements work together to proactively manage process safety risks and support continuous improvement in operations.
By the end of the session, attendees will understand how to engage employees in safety efforts, investigate incidents to uncover root causes, plan for emergencies, conduct compliance audits, and manage trade secrets responsibly. This session builds on the principles introduced earlier in the series and moves participants closer to establishing a proactive, transparent, and sustainable PSM program.
