Michael is a very skilled HAZOP facilitator. He is organized and efficient. He coaches team members to draw out timely flow of information that is needed during the PHA. The team performed at a higher level on this PHA redo, delivering a better-quality report and completing facilitation in less time than prior study. The team engagement was extremely high, and PHA team members even stated, “That they learned a lot about the unit, its hazards, and enjoyed participating in the PHA.” His follow through and attention to detail made my job easier.
