This Process Safety Management (PSM) Webinar Series is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive, interconnected understanding of PSM elements, preparing them to develop a tailored PSM program for their organizations. The sessions build foundational knowledge, emphasize practical application, and culminate in a hands-on workshop where participants will create a draft PSM framework suited to their unique operational needs.

This foundational session introduces participants to the essential elements of Knowledge and Operational Control that form the backbone of any effective PSM program. By addressing key topics such as Process Safety Information, Operating Procedures, Training, Contractor Management, and Hot Work Permit Systems, participants will learn how to manage process knowledge and operational risks, setting the stage for more advanced concepts in subsequent sessions.
